New Patients

Payment is collected in full at the time of service based on what your insurance is estimated to cover. We can provide estimates for your services and can submit a pre-determination request to the insurance company to provide the most accurate estimate of expected co-payments. 

Once payments have been received from your insurance company and processed, any account adjustments will be applied. If an insurance company pays more than anticipated, your account will be credited. If the insurance company pays less than estimated, your account will be billed for any remaining balances due.
