Dental Insurances Claims & Payments

When you register with us as a new patient, we will gather as much information as possible about your particular dental plan benefits. Then, when services are rendered, our computers will generate an estimated co-payment based on the information we have at that time. However, these are estimates only, and until we receive the actual payment from the insurance company, we can only offer you an estimate of your expected co-payment at time of service. 

For services with more significant co-pays expected, we can also submit a pre-estimate request to the insurance company so the client will have a more accurate estimate of expected co-payments. Both our office and the patient will receive a copy of the resulting pre-estimate and our office personnel will be happy to answer any questions prior to any service visit. 

Once payments have been received from your insurance company and processed, any account adjustments will be applied. If an insurance company pays more than anticipated, your account will be credited and that credit can be used for future services or refunded upon request. If the insurance company pays less than estimated, your account will be billed for any remaining balances due.
